ask him and look him in the eye when i did . i think i would be able to tell if he was telling me a lie.

I would sit them down and tell them I am insecure and why and see if they can reassure me all is ok and work at building on my trust and just basically try to have a good relationship and at same time watch them for any changes.

If I had evidence they had cheated I would dump their sorry **** so fast!

just ask them... it the simplest way! but if you are sacred of getting in to a fight then watch them closely....tell them things that if they were cheating would make them feel guilty like saying "i love you" and stuff!

i'd ask him if he was cheating on me. if said yes, i'd get mad, but then i'd get over it. if he said no, being the paranoid one i am, i'd yell at him until he fessed up or i realized he was right.
