if u have a volleyball coach who doesnt know what shes doing and really young to be a coach???

You can't do anything.  Someone at your school who chooses coaches chose her, so that person obviously sees something in her.  Attempting to garner opposition to her will only attract negative attention to you unless she does something that is actually illegal or against school policy.

If she really is terrible, the team will likely do badly and she will be replaced.

just do your best and ask some of the older girls for tips and explain to them your problem and they might help you and if not just do your best to work with what youve got :)))
