What would you do? this is not a joke

My friend gave me a dress she said it was cursed, because she conceived the day she were it & the girl who gave it to her said she did too. I don't believe in curses so I took the dress (its really cute) but I conceived twice, both days I were the dress. I have only worn the dress 3 times once I didn't have s*x that day. & the 2ed time I was on birth control but still got pregnant. The third time my husband and I hadn't made love in a while being that our daughter was 11 months old. Btw I just found I'm having twin girls :) due 12-3-08 anyway do you believe the dress is cursed or lucky or maybe its just because really short & low cut IDK I think I'm gonna burn it??? what would you do?

its probably cause its short an low cut, but its gotta be really short an low cut to give 3 people all this luck. But i would probably give it to someone i knew that was trying to have kids, might give them some luck.

This could have been what happened:

It might have been a coincidence that the first girl conceived with the dress on. She then assumed it was a curse and told this to the girl she passed it on to who believed her which caused her to conceive because her psychological beliefs made her body reject the birth control (or alter her menstrual cycle) and make the chances of conception higher (like the placebo effect). Then when you got the dress, you didn't consciously believe it was cursed but did unconsciously causing the rejection of the birth control and/or altering of your menstrual cycle.

I didn't mean to make it this complicated, I sorta got carried away.

Basically, I think it has someting to do with the placebo effect

I would just get rid of the dress or somehow convince yourself that its just because you belive you'll conceive, that is how you end up doing so.

This may sound crazy..but there may have been a fertility spell cast on that dress..My aunt practices Voodoo and she casts fertility spells..but not really on dresses...more on dolls.

I would suggest that if you don't want anymore babies, for you not to wear that dress..like the first user said...You should donate it to a fertility clinic..or to a freind of yours who is trying to get pregnant and can't.

I don't think the dress is cursed. Its only a coincidence. People do get pregnant even though they are on birth control.
