I would plot a way for one of the " gangs", to force anal s*x on him, like a "train". If he didn't bleed enough to die, I 'd use a object to insert into his r****m to ensure the most pain possible, until he died.

After all,  isn't this what he did to his victims ?

Well, I would never do anything to be locked up with one of these people...which is why I can't give the sort of answer that the rest of your answerers have said.  I wouldn't do anything, vigilante justice is just as bad as being a murderer.  We have a legal system, and while it may not be perfect, we have to work to make it function better, not take the law into our own hands.
