What would you do to make people move to the rear of the bus automatically once they have boarded it?

remind people that the back of the bus get to the stop at the same time as the front of the bus

and doesnt turn left when the bus turns right

i don't think we have solution for that, it all depends on the individual boarding the bus, it can be quite frustrating especially for a mother like me when i have to carry my baby and stand with the crowd infront when the passenger at back can just sit and relax and pretend like nothing happens
