what would you do if you find yourself worthless anytime in your life

  1. It happens to us all at some point in our lives. We begin to question everything around us, an if we don't find someone to put the blame on, then we feel it is ourselves who are lacking.A person can't always change the circumstances they find themselves in, but you can have the right attitude.We suffer what must be accepted, and accept that which we cannot change, but there is always hope.If we understand ourselves, and realize that we are only as good as we make ourselves, then we can strive to better us.A day in our life is only one point on a long road. I have lived many points, and not all were good ones, but not all were someone Else's fault. So, I attempted to improve me, then my attitude to the world around me. I listen to friends, and strangers, read books to educate myself,I watch news to see the events of the world and place myself in it.I learned to love life, and even the bad things cannot affect me , and in time, I overcome everything negative.


  2. most of us feel worthless at some time in our life,but just keep in mind, each day hope changes somebodys life ,just keep trying to find your way and someday you will wake up one morning  and find your are anything but worthless,noone is worthless in less they choice to stay that

  3. I'm feeling the same thing all the time...& I'm answering people to make me feel better.

  4. what would I do?  Probably drink, mope, and try to find someone to listen to me *****.   Then again, that's just what I would do.

  5. Make a change.  Change direction in life..   Make new goals and make some type of difference.  Even if you volunteer at a homeless shelter, a nursing home or an animal humane society, you will be doing something worthwhile.  Go back to school or set your sights high if you are already enrolled.  Good things will come and you will feel like you can make a difference to someone or something.    

  6. Go to therapy and start doing something that makes me feel proud.

    Smile, knowing that there's people on the earth that love you unconditionally and that you make a positive difference by your presence in their lives.

  9. Try to find a room, lock it and cry until you feel better then go and find Jesus! He'll make your life much better than before, I've tried it

    do something different that you wouldnt normally do and have fun.

    "May stress pitiable inadequacy or may suggest wretchedness or sordidness".

    Well.... I have felt this way a few times in my life. Sometimes, even worse than this. I really didn't do anything. I had others (who witnessed my behaviour) get me help, such as sending me to the emergency room at the hospital. Then, I was given medication and was treated for weeks by a psychiatrist. When a person feels worthless, nothing matters. Absolutely nothing. If someone told you right then (in that state of mind) that you were going to die, you wouldn't care. At all.
