What would you do with $15,000.00!!?

Im about to rent out my investment property and move in with friends. I will be getting around $15,000.00 for renting it out over a year, what on earth should i do with it?? Ideas please...

Pay off one of my cars, and then put the $450 extra each month into savings.

i would put 14,000 in the bank, and maybe if i really really really wanted something i would buy it

i was never a risk person.i invest in c.ds.certificate of deposit.you can serch around some banks.wachovia is paying 4.25 for 1yr.money is f.d.i.c.insured.if you dont have a need at this time.the longer you leave it.the more intrest you get.there are risk investments out there.but there is a risk of loseing.good luck in your decison.
