What would you do with someone who is as arrogant as can be approaches you?

who has realized nothing about you, put you in a schiziphrenic position all b/c he wants attention? mind you this person is frail and pathetic douchebag who i saw fail so bad at talking to a girl he ended up speaking in toungues to her. what would you do? kick his ***? its kinda rediculous to tell such a frail mentally and physically person to put his dukes up. really he deserves to have his head pounded in til he's dead before he can wake up. this person is crazy. what would you do? i guess this falls under several catagories, i wanted to phrase it as a philosophical (and political question) but had to give a little bit of a back story. thanks.

That is very common for me to happen. Philosophically,  no matter what someone else has done, it still matters how we treat people. It matters to our humanity that we treat offenders according to standards that we recognize as just. Justice is not revenge — it's deciding for a solution that is oriented towards peace, peace being the harder but more human way of reacting to injury. That is the very basis of the idea of rights.

Main point is revenge is not justice. the degree of crime should be proportional by the degree of punishment. The best way to deal with those people is to educate or ignore them.
