  1. The pet store sells kitten formula and droppers/bottles for feeding them. You could also take the to the humane society where there will often be a lactating mother cat who lost her kittens who will adopt these kittens and feed them.

  2. Wrong forum, you might want to try pets.

  3. Kitten milk not normal milk as they are allergic to normal milk.

  4. milk threw an eye dropper .

  5. go to the vet and they will give u some powdered milk feed the kitten with an syringe thats what i did

  6. KMR for kittens. You can useally find it at your local pet supply store i.e. Petco, Petsmart. It is about $20 a can for powder. Put it in a botttle for baby animals or a syringe. I found the syringe a better option when I had a young kitty that was abandoned. you should feed him every 2-3 hours or so.

  7. You need a kitten milk replacer.  The major petstores have it as do the vets' offices.  I recommend the bottle as syringes and droppers can sometimes give to much and cause aspiration.  Have the vet show you the correct way to hold the kitten for feeding.  If held wrong, they can aspirate and get pnuemonia.  Feedings need to be every 3 hours around the clock which can slowly become less frequent as the kitten gets older.  You'll also need to potty the kitten until four weeks old.  Use a warm wash cloth and wipe the genitals until the kitten has urinated and deficated.  Needs to be done after every meal.  The vet can help with this as well.

DO NOT feed the kitten regular milk.  They can become very sick.  I highly recommend just getting some advice from the vet or even an animal shelter.  They know all about raising orphans and may even have a lactating queen that will take the kitten as her own.

  8. We were told by our vet to use KMR. We got it at Petsmart but I believe you could find it at any larger pet store. We also bought a kitchen scale that weighs in gram increments to get proper measurements for feeding because the amount of formula you feed them depends on their weight. You could also call a local vet or humane society and see what they recommend for kitten formula.

  9. I hope you posted this in cats section as well. I've raised kittens from birth. Get an eye dropper and some milk replacement for kittens (usually can find at most stores, definitely pet stores) and try feeding it that way. How old is the kitten? If it's at least 5 weeks old you can try it on kitten canned food but water it down to make it even more moist. Or get some Kitten Chow and soak in water for 2 min then drain it and mush it up some and offer it to the kitten. If it doesn't seem too interested in the food, try holding the kitten and gently giving it some food that way. Rub across the teeth. You can also make an appt at a vet.

I wish you luck. I hope things go well for you and the kitten.
