I'd actually find it kinda hot. A guy that puts his barefeet up in the library and doesn't care what anyone else thinks sounds really hot to me!

I'm okay with peing being barefoot, I'm barefoot a lot of the time, but in public places, like..the library, my shoes are on.

Not much, but it is a public place and barefeet belong on the floor unless you are in your own home.  I am bare footed almost always, but never in public type places where I know that I have to wear shoes.  Plus, putting your feet up on the table where someone elses hands are is just nasty.  Next time, put a ""stick up"" next to his feet.  Maybe he'll get the idea.

Its bad manners & rude to the other people there, do what you want at home but not out in the public. Its not sanitary either.
