i know this seems like a off the wall question but i have reasons for this question. ok my husbands mom won't see my baby anymore because she says i love her too much. isn't that crazy. i'm not too over protective over my baby who is one i allow family to watch her but not spend a night. and i am not one of those parents that call every second that you have her. i mean yes i love my daughter and she is my pride and joy. besides my family she's all i have so yes it is safe to say that i would do anything for her and i mean anything? so my questions are what would you give for your child meaning if your only means of taking care of your kids was to sell your body would you do it? or if your child was in a burning building would you try to rescue them even if the odds were aganist you? would you give your life with out second thought for them?

please answer all questions i know they seem werid i just wanna know if i am the only mother that would be willing to do these things if u HAD 2??

  1. If  i had a child i wud the first one not sure about the second one but i cant rilly say becoz i havent got a child.

  2. I would give my life for my child.

And yes, your mother-in-law is either crazy or incredibly hurt by something.

You are right to not leave her overnight, or if you feel uneasy when she's in someone else's care.   I often felt that nobody else but me or my wife would put their life on the line if something awful happened to our son.     However, because the odds were greatly in our favor that awful things don't happen, we had to take that chance occasionally just so that we could have a freakin' LIFE!

  3. Wow.... I most certainly would give my life for my daughter if that was the only option. You bet your a@@ I would go into a burning building to save her, even if it meant only she would live! But, I would also do everything I could to save us both because she needs me there for her.

And what the heck is your MIL talking about? How on earth is it possible to love your child too much!?

  4. Of course we dont know the whole situation but to answer your questions only and not dig into further detail.. allow my response. Would I sell my body for my child? NO. I would turn to GOD for provision. He is that answer to that question. Would i run into a burning bulding to retreive my child? YES! as would any other mother. Would i give my life without a second thought, for my child? YES

I was a single parent of two boys, no help from anyone or the govt.  I worked harder than I've ever worked in my life for them and did without alot, just so they could have what was most needed. Food, shelter & clothing. It was up to me to teach them morals, responsibility, love for God and themselves. Teaching them right from wrong, helping them grow in to responsible men & fathers.. which they both are today.

  5. I'm a first time mom to a beautiful baby girl, 2 months old.  My family often pokes fun at me because how much I "worry" about her, but my mom says it's always better to worry too much than not enough.  With this being my first baby, of course, I have a lot to learn and just want everything to be perfect!

    I understand how you are!

    Now to answer your questions:

1.) Would I sell my body, if it were my ONLY means of taking care of my children? -- Well I don't know if that would  ever be the case... McDonald's is always hiring! Lol, but lets say all other jobs seized to exist, then yes, I would.

2.) Would I run into a burning building to save her even if the odds were against me? -- Absolutely, I wouldn't be able to live with myself otherwise... like you said, ODDS weren't favorable, but there's still a chance.

3.) Would I give I would give my life for her, without a second thought? -- I've lived enough years (not long, by any means), she deserves to have her presence bless this earth!
