  1. call 911

  2. Would call the police and good luck to you o.k.

  3. Neither.  I would talk to them about it

  4. Since they're driving in the car next to you, it seems rather impossible to talk to them. Sheesh, people..READ the questions carefully.

I would get the license number and description of car, and call 911 on my cell. Driving with an unrestrained child is just as bad as driving drunk: you're putting someone in grave danger.

  5. I call you and say wanna go out....Lol =)

  6. Two days ago there was a accident here in fredricksburg VA when child fall down from running car,  I hope child is good.

    you should call police.

  7. I would call the police, too many people these days walking/driving around with a disregard to the law.

  8. I would try to make eye contact, point and shake my head to show my displeasure but that is all. When I was a child, I stood in the front seat of the car so I could see out and I did that until I was too tall then I stood on the hump in the back floor board for the same reason until I was too tall. As an adult, I did not wear seat belts until their use became mandatory. It didn't kill me, I'm still here. Was it unsafe? Of Course it was. But you know what: calling the Maggots, er, the Police will not help anyone who matters, certainly NOT the child!

  9. I would call the police--they are putting that child in great danger

  10. Get the car's plate number and call it in.  You may save the toddler's life.  And sleep better tonight knowing you did the right thing!
