What would you if you have done it all, almost all your wishes/accomplishments achieved?

Now what to do? turn to drugs? That has been done, now what to do?

Set higher goals!

Obviously the previous goals weren't high enough.

But if I was real old when I had achieved everything I might just retire.

I guess turning to drugs is what the extreme rich kids may do, every wish can be handed to them easily so they're just bored.
