  4. My Uncle, Who Has A Philippino Wife Married Her Here In Australia. I'm Pretty Sure She Just Had A Visa & She Applied For Residency AFTER They Were Married. I'm Not Quite Sure How It All Works, But Maybe You Should Contact "The Registry Of Births, Deaths & Marriages". See What They Say About Getting A Marriage Certificate For Someone Who Is Not Yet A Citizen.

    They Seem To Be Pretty Helpful.
