first of all your website is too unorganized. You have to draw people in on that "first glance" of your website. If it looks like there is text everywhere, text is too small, color scheme distracting, they will want to move away from the site. I suggest you make all your text a lighter color (like white) and not a a whole bunch of colors first.

Then you have to add stuff that is relevant to what you want to do.

Maybe you can put somethingl like a "game of the day" on the front page each day.
