What would you make of a small child speaking fluent German in his sleep and waking up terrified ?

He has never learned this language or been aound anyone using it.

I read about this from another guy, it was pretty interesting.

He was talkinga bout how all inforamtion is recycled over and over, and becasue of this we are all connected.

However in your case, I would just assume, that he was reincarnated, or blessed.

I would record his rants, for as long as you can, then take them in to be translated.

Then judge what they mean by that.

&& to all the people who dont understand how you can know that its fluent german.... well i know languages when i hear them even though i dont know how to speak them

I agree with the above post though. Do some research on past life recollection. There have been a few credible studies (sorry I don't have links, but I'm sure they will come up on a google search) that investigated similar situations. I'm still undecided on the topic, but some pretty intelligent people seem to think it's a possibility. He has to be getting it from somewhere, you don't just learn German in your sleep. And, just curious, how do you know it's fluent? Have you had someone that speaks German interpret what he says? What does he talk about?

Your answers are no less than I would expect.

This is not so very unusual, in other kinds of cases which I could relate.  One, which was verified.

A child in Louisana, went through nightmares.  His father talked to him about his nightmares.

This child was obssesed with toy planes.  His mother bought a new WW II toy for him.  She pointed out that the "things" on the wings were bombs.

The child: "They're not bombs, Mama, those are extra fuel tanks".  He was 2-3 years of age.

At 4- years of age, the child related that his plane was shot down in the Pacific.  He gave the name of a small carrier.  He gave him his name at the time.  He gave the name of a friend aboard that carrier.

His father searched with the US Navy.

Carrier, Found.  A small obscure carrier in the Pacific.

His, son, pilot's name, Found.

His friend, Found.  Alive in Arkansas.  He verified his son's account.

Talk to your son.  Comfort him.  Let him know that you trust him.

Don't jump to the conclusion that he is remembering WWII... Remember... German was spoken LONG before WWII...

It could be anything from the last 1000 years!

Don't take him to a hypnotherapist... Those people WANT to help but MOST of them ask leading questions that manipulate the story that comes out... You can't really trust what is said in those sessions because you just can't tell what is coming from the therapist and what is coming from the paitent.

Just comfort him and tell him that he is normal and that there is nothing to be afraid of now... He is safe and has a whole happy life ahead of him!

definately take him to a doctor, physicatrist, its very likely, and most scientifically explained, that its a brain tumor or some other malfunction. I have seen that kind of stuff on the discovery medical channels. Hopefully its just something that can be easily taken care of.
