  1. Consecutive term limits,

    Balanced budget.

  2. Do you mean how? I wouldn't, it's great the way it is. I also support the method by which it was amended (27 times) over the years.

  3. 1. set age limit for any government office at 18.

    2. add three people to juries for murder trials and make death mandatory for murders.

3.legalize the possesion, cultivation and distribution of the cannabis sativa and cannabis indica plants.

3.require that ciggarette companies pay a billion dollars apiece to cancer patients.

4.destroy all nuclear and biological weapons and spend heavily on anti missile technology.

    5. set drinking limit at 18.

  4. i would modify the age requirements for election to the senate, the house and the presidency.....too many ppl still think that if you are under 35 you do not know anything. If you are old enough to be held accountable for your actions and to vote you should have an opportunity to represent your peers in our government

  5. Add an amendment that says Anyone usurping the obvious fundamental intent, limitations, and basis of the constitution with BullS%#! arguments (Like Roe v Wade) will be burned at the stake.

Make an Amendment making abortion legal.

Amend the 2nd amendment to say "Small Arms" not "Arms"

  6. Repeal the 16th and pass the FairTax.

Enforce the 10th, so we can rid ourselves of (or at least drastically downsize) the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Energy, Education, and Veterans Affairs.

You can't have it both ways. If you want to let anyone smoke anything they want, you can't fault the tobacco companies for selling it to them.

That's not necessarily the case. There are millions of people OVER 35 who still don't know anything. And some get elected to congress.

  7. id put in a clause that demands it be enforced

  8. I would have to clarify the Separation of Church and State, because too many people are seriously confused by what the original intention was.

  9. I would make the second amendment more to the point, that is, I would make clear that guns are a right for every person of age for their safety and that of their loved ones. The wording they put there has caused controversy ever since. Also, I would eliminate the ninth amendment, because what it basically says is, "Oh, and if we forgot anything, you can do that too". That's anarchy, pure and simple. And I would also make clear that just because one happens to be a lawmaker, that doesn't mean they may not think, and work with their beliefs as a mooring point, indeed, they should, because that's where all good comes from.

  10. The second amendment
