What would you name a localised real estate or property guide?

I'm considering launching a real estate or property guide in my local area and have a few ideas for the title, but am not sold on any of them in particular.

Can anyone think of a fantastic name for such a publication? Basically, it will be either a weekly or monthly publication. It will be feature advertisements from local real estate agents and I hope also mortgage brokers and the like, plus perhaps removalists etc. It will also contain articles related to the real estate industry and moving home etc, property features and agent profiles.

All suggestions welcome! :)

  1. try:

" SUSSED OUT REAL VIBES "

    no charge, send crizzy card

  2. Get Real (Estate)

    Location! (times three)

Sorry, both those names suck, but real estate doesn't interest me.

  3. Places to live.

    (city's) Home Guide.

    (county's) House Market

    (county's) Homes

    Living in (city)

    Our Area Homes

    Your Neighborhood

    Backyard Real Estate

  4. Firstly, I would make the title indicative of the region you are in. The area I live in is known as the Unifour for the four counties that work closely together for economic reasons.

Secondly, the title should have something to do with "Home" rather than "Real Estate." Think of the emotions those two sets of words create! Home is inviting; Real estate is a nightmare, fraught with tension!

So something like "City Home Guide" or "Home on the Range" or the like. Good luck!
