What would you name your own civilization?

Question

if you could create your own civilization. what would you name it?

what is the flag gonna look like?

what is the motto gonna be?

and who in charge of it?

i would call my civilization the civilization of mankind and the flag would be brown with a green sillouette of a person on it so that way nobody could complain that the person was a certain race. the motto would be "do something about it or shut up". a very self explained motto meaning if you dont agree with something then gat off you couch and do something about it or shut up. the people in charge would be elected by the citizens and would be much like how america was started but more unified for the present and future good of everyone. there would also be a mandatory change of every single member of the government in each election unless the president was doing really  good and everyone liked what he was doing then he could stay but no one else. in these elections it will be forbidden that any family or friend of the previous seat holder be allowed to run. so that way it will not turn into some kind of decietful scandal with any previously elected trying to influance the elected. 2yrs. military would be mandatory for every able male once they reach the age of 17 but we would remain a neutural and peaceful country. the only reason for military action would be for crimes against humanity, to put an end to anyone treating people as slaves or forcefully controlling the free will of people as means to tyranize, and the countries self defence. other than that the military mandate of all able men will be solely a means of education so if we were invaded then every man would know how to properly defend himself and his family from attack. thats about all i can think of off the top of my head right now but if i thought about it i could probly go on for hours. cool questio and i enjoyed answering it.

I am 6 ft 8 " 320 lbs. 16 eee feet.and am starting my own new race of humans.as i am building some vast underground city's and will have many large women i have picked out as wife's and we will take over this world one day when we get strong enough and in enough numbers and rule over Y'all  short people ha ha ha. we will be called the bigofoot people and the great spirit will be with us .the flag will be a gold and green striped background with a picture of my foot on it.and you all will pledge allegance to it and then sing the song of honour to the great flag of mine and your  nation.

Beyonders, that is people that have evolved suffieciently from current civillisations to make a new civilisation worthwile.  No flags etc as we would be beyond it, same with currency, economics, the need for official policing etc.

No motto as that could hold people down as much as unite them, who would be in charge, leaders wouldn't be neccassary as people would be educated to take responsibility for them selves.

If I could found my own civilization it would be called: Barbaria (would be peopled by a combination of Germanic, Celtic, and Nordic peoples)

Flag: An emerald green background with a gold lion and a red celtic dragon on opposite sides of a large shield which would hav a Celtic cross on it with a sword down through the center behind it.

Motto: "TO THE STRONG GO THE SPOILS"

Government: feudal system with me as Jarl(Earl) with that title being hereditary as would be the title of Thane (would be the title held by the councilmen I would appoint).

One last add on: I would allow each man to have up to seven wives at one time but he would have to be an established warrior or tradesman to marry.
