What would you put in an e-mail to...(it's too long to write in the question so please read more detail)?

i went on holiday this summer and met this really nice guy, he told me too e-mail him but he uses his dads old e-mail so there's a chance he might read it! They're foreign but speak really good english, i just don't know what too put! please help! i've been putting off writing it but i really should.
