  1. I just graduated college with a teaching degree, and have gone through several job interviews over the past three months.  Each interview was with a district in Pennsylvania, one of the tougher states to get a teaching job in outside of mathematics or science.  During each job interview I never once was asked about my portfolio, (which I had with me at each interview) not too many schools want to see what you have compiled over the years in a portfolio. I would not stress out over a portfolio most schools are more interested in your resume, transcripts, and letters of recommendation or teacher evaluation reports.

As for what to put under such a topic lets start with resources here you could list and describe how you would plan to incorporate resources such as technology or anything else you may use on a day to day basis in your classroom.  In terms of organizing procedures you could list how you plan to keep your lessons organized into sections, organization procedures for how students should turn work into you, or how you would organize the lessons in a unit plan you were teaching to name a few subtopics.
