5 its entry level in my opinion.  Doesn't matter if its single voice coil or not thats just so you have more options in getting the correct load.

I would rate them about a 3 ,  the power handling is overrated , and it is not as impressive as it looks,I would say for the money you could do better.

for spl(lots of bass) -5

see the thing is its only 'svc' and the magnet is not that big (for 2400 watt)

there is way beter things on the market for much cheaper

id say a 3.  with those ratings, it should have closer to a 200 oz. magnet. meaning its accuracy is gonna be lacking.  i could shiit a better looking sub.  Power acoustics is not known for being high quality
