Can someone please describe the characteristics of these two signs together because I am very confused

I would say that sometime you feel at odds with yourself. Parts of you likes staying at home with a good dinner and a warm fire and your dog, while part of you wants to go out and mix with people and talk about new things.  You tend not to talk about yourself, you'd rather learn about everybody else.  And would you say that your parents were at odds with each other ?
