Well it all depends on how many hours you're working but when I was 16 I was working about 20-25 hours a week and was making about $700 a month

National minimum wage in the UK is £3.40 per hour. You don't say how many hours you are working, but even if you were working full time, £600 a month, would be about right.

If this is the amount you bring home after tax and national insurance, its a really good wage for a 16 year old, working part time. Keep hold of that job.
