I have a coworker who's dog was put to sleep yesterday. I know that she loved the dog very much. She loved it like it was her baby or bestfriend. I can imagine just how sad she is about it. What should I say to her, but not make her feel worse? I don't want to just ignore her.

  1. Unless she mentions it I wouldn't say anything not that your being rude or anything but if she really loved the pet it might bring up all the emotions again. I would only say something if it comes up in the conversation and let her know how you feel.

    Good luck!

  2. Well i guess.. i will tell her that she'll be alright as time pass by.. and that God has given her another chance to pick up a new bestfriend who would want the same care and love that She gave and still can give.

you can find her a new pup! that would be nice..

  3. get her a card. Right a little note. Like sorry about your dog hope you feel better. That way you can cheer her up knowing your thinking about her and care enough. Like a get well card for the loss of her dog. Right down that if she needs you are their.
