I'm hoping you mean "technical decision". Anyway, a technical decision is when a fight is stopped early as a result of injury, in most cases due to severe cuts from a headbutt, and it goes to the scorecards to determine the winner.

In many cases, fights go to the scorecards when a fight is stopped anytime after four rounds. Anything before that, the fight is declared a technical draw.
