  1. Unless you're flying from Toccoa Airport to Hartsfield-Jackson, your best bet is to drive to ATL and fly to San Antonio (SAT).

Not knowing the dates of travel and duration, take this with a grain of salt.  Cheapest flights for a weekend trip are in the neighborhood of $280 round trip (inclusive of all taxes and fees) on US Airways (connecting in Charlotte); Airtran (non-stop); and Delta (non-stop).  Continental, Spirit, and American are in the $290-300 range, each with a connection.

Flights I've found are as low as $245 if you leave on certain Saturdays or early-midweek (like Monday or Tuesday).

I would suggest searching sites like Orbitz, Expedia, and Travelocity.  You can search flights and book at those websites.  My favorite search only site (ie, you have to go to the carrier's website or to one of the booking engines above) is the IATA Software Trip Planner (link below).  You can search for flights on specific days, or choose a weekend or month-long search by selecting one of the options at the top of the page.  The month-long search is neat.  You enter a date and length of stay (eg, 3 nights) and it will search all flights 30 days out from the date specified.  This is how I came up with those estimates, based on 2-3 nights (typical weekend trip) and a start date of August 1.
