I have seen how those nurses body slam elderly into thier bed. one young mexican ask a nurse for a blankit he wouldn't give it to him and it was cold. I shoutted at a nurse said to him You are the sick I have ever in countered. Give him the blankit. By the way the nurse was black. And the elderly he body slam into the bed is white.

It's not an issue of ethnicity or national origin. Every individual deserves kind and humane treatment in a nursing home. Violations should always be directed first to management for remediation but second to local authories (i.e., police).

You can also do your part by directly confronting someone you witness in violation of humane codes of conduct. Direct intervention can be a highly effective tool to remedy misconduct

First of all every patient deserves compassionate and optimal care regardless of anything .You must stand up to any nurse like this and set them straight make it very clear that you have no problem not only reporting them but also contacting the local news who just love stories like this .. Also inform them that any phisical abuse towars you or anyone in the room  will be returned ten fold and that isn't a threat its a promise .
