What would you serve with Pinot Gris? What is your favorite label?

I love pinot gris!  Very light and fruity.  I would serve with a salad with an acidic, lemon-based dressing, or even a fra diavlo sauce, as its great with light, spicy dishes!

i would serve it with fish or chicken dishes, as the flavour of pinot is crisp and delicate. i love gallo white grenache, its a fruity sweet rose wine and it goes great with salmon or chicken salads.
