I would serve a tossed salad, crusty bread or rolls with butter, cranberry sauce, a relish tray, a fresh fruit salad and carrot cake for dessert.

A crisp green salad with a vignarette-type dressing ...  a fruit salad  ...  You might want to have a fresh cranberry relish with it, if you can find cranberries.  Otherwise a raspberry jello salad might be a good substitute.   ... Since you have the crust of the pie, you really don't need another starch.....  Lighter sides would go well with this dish, especially since it's Spring now......
