What would you tell your favorite driver?

I know im not weird because alot of times we get together with our friends and they will be yelling at the tv during the race and i was just wandering if anyone has had the same thoughts of what they would say to their favorite drivers about there racing style, their crews, there sponsorers, or anything else that would make things better/easier for them. My man is Kasey Kahne and I have just wanted to tell him so bad that if he would make them give him that budweiser out of a nice cold cooler of ice he might actually really enjoy drinking it! Then alot of the time i want to just go shake Carl Edwards crew members because they do the craziest little mistakes that alot of times end up hurting him. Anyhow just want to know what everyone else would say.

You're ok Dale, but if you want to win you gotta put personal feelings aside and make sweeping changes in your crew starting with Tony Jr. The whole pit crew could use some revisions also but wait until the season is over. 3rd place ain't so bad especially during your first year with a new owner.
