What would you think , if the player that knocks out Merriman for the season or for his Career..?

At this point I really wouldn't have a problem with it. Just about everyone outside of the Chargers organization has told Merriman to not play this season, and apparently 3rd and 4th opinions hold no merit in his eyes.

It's going to happen and it will definitely be unfortunate because the guy is such a talent, but he's being hardheaded right now and sadly enough he deserves what is coming to him.

i would laugh at first because us viewers would not know at that point that merriman's career had just ended and that an offensive player just knocked out a defensive player. but afterwards when us viewers here that shawne's career is done, i would feel bad and everybody would make the offensive player who hit him feel guilty and horrible and terrible for ending his career and then doing the lights out dance to mock shawne...

watch........the person who knocks out merriman..will probably do the celebration dance and the first person that will take it up the *** will be LT.......like the same way when they lost in the playoffs to the patriots and he got butt hurt when they mocked his dance

That is was classless. Just like if Merriman did it seeing that the QB wasn't moving. If some guy knocks Merriman down and does it then that's fine by me.

That's perfectly fine with me. He does it after every tackle it seems. The thing that really annoyed me is when the Chargers were angry with New England for mocking the dance. If you do a stupid dance, be prepared for it to be mocked.

I don't think he's being wise about not getting the surgery. Sure he's a multi-millionaire, but he could be throwing away his career at the age of 24. It must be nice to have it like that.
