on her own. He always says how he doesnt want another child and how the woman is not right for him and how he will not work on making a family with her and how he will take the baby away from her. Do you think it is right for her to keep the baby a secret for as long as possible from him? - possibly forever?

  1. I think it is dishonest and keeping a secret like that hidden will no doubt destroy this women. IAs well as it is unfair to the child who will one day begin to ask questions about their Daddy.

In most cases the Mother is awarded custody of the child, especially if the couple is not wed. Naturally mitigating circumstances excluded (drugs, abuse, etc..)

Forever is a long time. It is best to clear the air so that this does not have to play on their conscience and they do not have to live a lie for the rest of their life.

  2. If he is threatening to take the child away from her, then yes, keep the kid a secret so long as you can support it and report him to the police!

While you're at it - hide yourself away from this man.

  3. Her keeping the pregnancy from him is wrong. Every man deserves to know that he has a child out there. It will come to bite her in the butt if she keeps it a secret.

If he doesn't want another child, and he doesn't want a family with her, then why is she worrying about him taking the baby from her. He has made it clear he doesn't want the child.

If she has the baby, they will have to figure out who is going to have custody. Most judges will award the mother custody unless the father can prove that the mother is unable to provide a safe and inhabitable home for the child. If he cannot do that, then I would say the odds of him taking the child from her are slim to none.

  4. He has a right to know however if she wants to raise it on her own and he agrees he can terminate his parental rights after paternity is established.

  5. That's just wrong. The father has the right to know if he as a child in this world, even if he doesn't want to take care of the child, he still deserves to know. If you keep the child from him, and he later finds out, you will be spending a lot of time in the courts. Hiding a baby from someone isn't going to look good for this woman, and the courts will most likely side with the father.

  6. NO my dad told me to tell my ex I miscarried, I didnt, but we dont even talk...  However, I dont see a problem with it.  These other people dont understand your situation and what you are going through.  I understand why you would do that.

  7. he will surely do thookam thookai and BANG her GAND

  8. No.  The man has a right to know he has a child.  The child no matter how much of a jack *** the father is.  This isn't about the mother.
