What would you think (and is it pausible) if during the day the temperature was -10 degree farenheight?

and at night (through sunrise) the temperature was 75 degrees,would you want to live somewhere with this temperature swing?

It's not going to be colder during the day than at night on a regular basis.  It's not possible.

And no, I wouldn't want to live somewhere with an 85° daily temperature swing.

I live in an area that has seen similar temperature swings, like from 85 degrees in the afternoon to 20 the next morning.  It is interesting, especially to me.
