  1. I work with and meet 30-40 year old bullies all the time. It is just the way some people are. Most people out grow it by their thirties or when they have families.

  2. I wouldn't think much of a person like that...low quality person. I hope you are not being bullied.

  3. depends on the type of bully...if you're talking push and shove playground bully type...I would think somebody needs to kick his ***...

  4. Very possible - I was actually bullied by a women in her mid twenties during my teacher training degree (all sorts can be bullies) it was hard to convince people around me that she was bullying me until the evidence started to stack up and so I had concrete proof. I never dealt with it or took it anywhere as I felt it was too hard and complicated. I now regret that and wish that I had as just because she wasnt hitting me it still hurt me a great deal and the torment or her words and actions really affected me on a daily basis.

I am sorry to hear that you may be experiencing this. It is quite possible - bullies just grow older they dont change their ways it is their personality make up. Until they deal with their issues they wont just shed their bullying tendancies.

Speak to someone - a councellor perhaps, describe the behaviour and record it. That way seeing a pattern and hearing yourself speak about the behviour and having someone on your side will actually help you in your own mind.

    Good Luck

  5. i think they have been deprived of attention and is seeking it in you.

  6. What do you consider a "bully"? Whether the person is verbally or physically abusive, that person has severe psychological issues that they need to deal with. Aside from that, their actions could be considered a form of criminal assault.
