What would you think

Question

I had a period after 2 months of missing it. I have one tube due to an ruptured ectopic. My lmp was 6/26 it was normal and lasted 5 days. Then 7/9 I started to bleed again, it also lasted 5 days. Now my b*****s are sore, i have a little nausea and heartburn. I am also having weird cramps? Any input to what may be going on? Anyone have one tube who is trying to conceive? And are having these symptoms? Helpful answers please. Thanks!
