Don't put 4 subs in a single chambered enclosure.  I would recommend having each in a seperate chamber if you have the room.  Or at least two seperate chambers with two subs in each.  

Having a single chamber means your subs are sharing a single airspace.  This is fine if your subs are all working well.  However, if one of your subs is not working well then your others will be effected as well.  Also, if you blow one sub then you will possibly blow the others.  

Look at what the manufacturer recommends for tuning frequency.  Kicker will give you many different enclosure sizes to choose from based on what sound you are looking for.  If you are looking for loud bass without much sound quality, which is usually used for rap, then you will use a fairly high tuning frequency.
