What would you want a new invention to do, or do better than an existing one?

What would you want an invention to do?

For example, when the car was invented, a new way of transportation was invented.

Think about it: if you were a consumer what would you want something to do for you? Are you sick of walking out to your mailbox and wish the mail would land on your living room couch, or wish that the stove would turn itself off after the food was done cooking?

a fold up hat or umbrella, use it then fold it into a little square that fits neatly in your pocket

Well, both options have their perks but I think I would improve upon an existing creation.

Only because creating a BRAND NEW item the world has never seen costs much more to develop and produce- not to mention the marketing behind it.

A direct brain to computer interface would be nice.  Something to save gas, like 99.9% of it, would be nice.  Biologic clothes that warm you by their biological action, or biologically warm blankets, etc, would be great for saving heating money in the winter--you would never even need to heat your house.

I've had 2 ideas in my head for many years--

A really GOOD bra,

and a convenient, non-messy way for women to pee like men.

There are gadgets....but they don't work.

Invent either, and the world (or at least half, lol) will beat a path to your door.

One more--a good way to drain the grease from browned hamburger. Like an expandable device that you can attach to the pan, then apply pressure when turned upside down to press out the grease. This one could be marketed to health-conscious  people, sold on QVC, and make a mint!
