What would you want best to order in a coffee shop?

A slice of warm apple pie, unless I were at Corey's Coffee Shop in Waterville, Maine in late summer, when the blueberry pie has no rival. But don't forget that Don Francisco gourmet coffee.

i love green tea frappacino but if its something hot then i always go for some hot apple cider

A coffee under $4.. I'm not going to pay $6 for a coffee.. I live in Australia where everything is expensive already.

a double espresso ristretto. only if the coffee is freshly roasted and prepared well.

If you want to tell how good a coffee shop is order two things.....an espresso shot, and a cappuccino. It will tell everything about a shop and specifically about the barista making your drinks.

The espresso should be sweet and smooth with a good layer of crema (yellowish foam) on top of the shot. It should not be any more bitter than having a slight bite, when I say sweet, I mean a hint, don't go expecting sugar. And don't go putting sugar in it either.....blegh.

As for the espresso, the milk should be sweet and frothy, and not scalded. Proportions should be 1/3 each of espresso, frothed milk, and foam.

I'm pretty simple, French Vanilla coffee with extra cream and sugar or  Cafe Mocha with whipped cream
