What would you want from the US that is not available in the UK?

I guess this question would be for those who have traveled from the UK to the US and found things they liked here... and realized they don't have available back in the UK.

I'm sending a care package to a friend in England, and I want to send him things from here that he can't get in the UK. Any suggestions? (ie - candies, food, drinks, stuff... he already mentioned Mountain Dew)

Peanut Butter!!  When I lived in England I had people send me Jif and other American peanut butter all the time.  English peanut butter is totally different and a bit greasy and nasty!  Definitely Mountain Dew, which you mentioned, maybe some fresca and oreos.  Milk Duds were also always popular with my British friends. They get most Hershey's products over there now but maybe throw in one of the new versions of Reeses or something just in case.  Finally some Franks Red Hot sauce or other barbeque sauce would be nice since Barbeque and Mexican food aren't really big over there.
