What would you want to see on a website?

i have a website...its pretty cool but people are saying its very fun but after like 30 minutes its not ....i want to make it more exciting

I already saw your website. It looks cool and exciting, but I think you should add a little color on your site. Add also a background of which you like most or according to its theme (ex. for music, your background should be music themed, if its rock, use colors that suites its theme). Also, you should promote your website. Like advertising it on google, yahoo etc. Use colors that match the background. I know white means purity but for a website like yours, use cool colors and match it to its topic.

The simple reason is that your site doesn't really offer very much. Your video section cant compete with the likes of YouTube, your forum has no subject or theme, your games section is offline, etc.

Its always tempting to make a 'catch-all' site which tries to provide everything for everyone, but they simply dont work. My advice would be to choose a subject/theme that you are personally interested in and have a lot of knowledge about, and concentrate on it. Keep it simple, clear, and easy to navigate, and people with similar interests will visit.
