What would you wear...?

to make a Storm costume or a Hancock? I'm gonna go as one of those to my school's themed dance and I want to spen a minimum amount of money and not buy an actual costume. What would you wear?

for hancock: just get those big, cheap sunglasses and carry around a bottle of rum or whiskey filled with apple juice (or you can go for the real deal. it might be a good way to sneak in booze to the dance). wear sneakers and some old, stained clothes.

for storm: it will be more expensive. dress in all black and white, maybe some heals. die your hair black and white with the dye that washes out and get some gray or white contacts.
