Tops like that look best with tight clothes that bring out the shape and colour of the top so things like black skinny leg jeans, black leggings, plain singlet to go under it. Hope that helps. x

Well, the open sweater with a wide/skinny belt is in, so I would wear a long off white printed t that's about the same length of the sweater with a skinny belt around my natural waist.Or this:
