What would you write for selling a foal, description?

i can put ics up on all sites but this yahoo for some reason. no the colour is selling really well here, its just the sales book for the sale goes out to peoples houses before the sale and they dont put pics in it. so i have to have a stunning ad to eyecatch.

It really depends on a matter of opinion. You MUST state the breed, age, color, and s*x. Where was this horse bred? What is its name? What are it's bloodlines? Be as detailed, but as short as possible using abbreviations. Thank you,

Ewwwww this is a TOUGH time to try to sell any foal!  The market's in the tank, I know, I've got a good add on Dreamhorse.com for my AQHA Palomino filly and when you can't sell colour, the market's tanked!

Your best bet, might be the 1/2 Friesian filly.  Promote the fact she IS 1/2 Friesian (Can you get papers?  If so, get her registered ASAP!)  Get them ground mannered ASAP and make sure they put up with EVERYTHING!

You can try dreamhorse.com just post an add and tell them you can mail pics later.  Inquiries are going to want pictures.

Beautiful half freisian filly, with 3 white feet and a blaze. Will mature to 16hhs. Is very stong boned and feathered. (and then something about her)

Lovely black filly with jumping prospect. Will mature to 15.3 hh. (and something about her.) if she has really nice dam and sire you would want to include the as well

How about...

Jessie is an attractive 6 month old heavy-type traditional filly, with three white feet and a blaze. She is part Friesian and out of a heavy coloured mare. She's to make 16hh and will be a perfect....(e.g ride/drive, all-rounder e.t.c)

Brandy is a pretty 6 month old filly with showjumping parents. She is pure black and is to make 15.3-16hh. She is sure to make a superb...(e.g showjumper, eventer e.t.c)

i think reading that you have answered your own question but add if good with farrier vet  box ect..  also mention if they have a passport. and if they have any vices.. but i really think apart from that you have answered it :\)

ok this is what i would say..

Two 6 month old Filly Foals for sale!!!!

Jessie is a black FRIESIAN, with 3 white feet, and a white blaze. Foaled out of a heavy colored mare!!! She will make 16H!!! This little filly is very STRONG plenty of bone and feather. Jessie is a smart and quick leaner. She is ready for some one to take her, and continue her training to becoming a great horse!!!!!

Brandy is foaled from a JUMPING mare and stallion!!! All black, she is STUNNING and LOVELY little filly. She will become 15.3 to 16H!! She is a wonderful girl, that just loves people, and attention. And will make a great horse, and a loyal companion!!
