  1. I have to say that my son's nursery was definitely my dream nursery.  The one we had planned for the baby we lost was a sort of Camelot theme, and I must say it was precious.  Other than that, we considered doing a Make Way For Ducklings theme, after the famous children's book.  My husband and I liked that idea since we live in Boston, it's gender neutral, and it's rather unique.

  2. i don't want to spend hundreds of dollars setting up a "dream nursery".

just have a crib, the essentials and that's it.

my husband and i used a changing table with our son only the first few weeks and then used the floor/bed since.  no need to spend the money on one of those....trust me.  not worth it.

we bought our son toys, diapers and clothes.  that's about all you need.  of course formula, too, and bottles :-)

  3. A nursery with a healthy and happy baby.

  4. None, I hate the idea of forcing my baby to sleep in a different room then me, so much more sleep with her in my bed!

  5. I already have it, lucky me ;) It's painted green, jungle-theme, and my sister in law painted a huge giraffe on the wall :) and I didn't spend hundreds, I just used my imagination to create the atmosphere I dreamed of ;)

The only thing I'd want is a larger space ! :P

  6. well I have my dream nursery for a boy but for a girl it would be purple and filled with butterflies, check it out http://www.target.com/CoCaLo-Sugar-Plum-...

  7. If I could have anything I want, I think I'd like something about nature like dragonflies.  I love the stripes and dragonfly applique on this set

It just looks so comfortable and homey with the ticking stripes and the homemade look to the comforter.

That's the style I like (today), but my ideal nursery would be a large one.  I would love to have a big room with lots of floor space, shelves and high ceilings.  I get so tired of stumping my toes and bruising my knees on furniture because of the crowded room where I have the baby's crib.
