  1. Vegan Tacos (mmmmm) with a salad and some vegan cakes... Yummmyyy ;D

  2. Well it is a hard choice but here are some options:

Vegan Poork dumplings (feel free to PM for a recipe)

    Panang Tofu

    Pad Thai

Veggie Fajitas (perfect for a party you could also do a variation and do a taco party)

Enchiladas (I would go with a cream sauce and avocado on top) with refried beans and yellow rice

    Palak Paneer or Mushroom Paneer

    French Onion Soup

    and maybe for dessert

Chocolate Soufflé (again feel free to PM for recipe, foodie friends of mine have raved about it saying it is the best they have ever had)

    Cannoli

Sorry if I ran around the globe to fast but I like a lot of different foods from a lot of different places and it was a hard choice to narrow it down like a I did

  3. it would be milk, beef (mmmmmmmmmm!), tuna, ostrich (tasty), lobster (nice), some salad and some coca cola.

  4. I like breakfast for dinner, but since you are having a fancy party maybe make a fancy Indian dish. Maybe Mattar Paneer.

    Here is a recipe:

    Ingredients:

    20 ounces panir (cubed)

    2 tablespoons oil or ghee

    1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

    1/2 teaspoon cumin seed

    1 small onion

    1/4 teaspoon ginger

    3-4 garlic cloves

    2 large tomatoes

    1/4 teaspoon sugar

    salt (to taste)

    1/2 teaspoon garam masala

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder

    1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

    3/4 teaspoon coriander powder

    1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/4 cup water (or as needed)

    1 cup peas

    1/4 cup heavy cream

    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

    Directions:

    1. Heat oil and fry paneer cubes till they turn golden brown. Set aside.

2.In a separate pot, heat oil (or ghee) and mustard and cumin seeds, until they turn color and sputter.

3.Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and cook until onions soften.

4.Add tomato, salt, sugar, and cook till the tomatoes soften.

5.Then add garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder and cumin powder.

6.Add the water and stir it in, using your discretion depending on how dry the dish is. If you added too much water, just let it simmer away until much of it evaporates - you want your tomatoes soft anyway.

    7.Add the peas.

8.Cook just until the peas are tender.

9.Pour in the cream, mix, and add the paneer and let simmer on medium heat for the paneer to absorb the flavors.

    10.Garnish with cilantro.

    And for dessert:

    Chewy Fudge Brownies

    Makes 20 brownies

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 cup cocoa powder

    2 cups flour

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2 cups sugar

    1 cup oil

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1 cup water

1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    Preheat the oven to 350oF.

Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir in the wet ingredients. If desired, add chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts to the mix.

Pour mixture into a greased 9"- x 13"-inch baking pan, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. (For moister brownies, bake 20 to 25 minutes.)

Let the brownies cool slightly before serving.

  7. mmmm i had pumpkin filled raviolis once and it was DELICIOUS.  we made an oil based sauce (something with sage i think? we just googled and did one that looked good and simple) to put over it and a side of bread dipped in oil with italian seasoning and a tasty salad on the side too and it was soooooo good.

i think spinach and mushroom stuffed raviolis are good too. i also had eggplant stuffed raviolis that were DELICIOUS also!

veggie lasagna and eggplant parm (or even better- eggplant rollatini!!!!!) are also big hits (for vegs and meat eaters).

one of my other fave dishes i get at a restaurant is penne in vodka sauce with garlic, basil, portobella mushrooms and sundried tomatos... mmmmmmmmmm :)

  8. Well mine would consist of a variety of things! Mainly veggies some fruits possibly and some nuts!! Maybe some mock meats as well!

  9. i like the thaali set concept from Indian restraunts

  10. Vegan Tacos

  11. To be completely honest. Skip dinner.

Vegan pie, cookies, and cupcakes all the way!

  12. For the first course, you could have little plates of salad with mixed greens, peppers, maybe some fruit pieces, and a vinegar dressing.

For the main course, you could make a grilled vegetable dish consisting of veggies such as asparagus, zucchini, cauliflower, eggplant, etc. as well as grilled or baked and seasoned tofu.

For dessert, you could make small little cupcakes, or, depending on the number of guests, you could make fancy little ice cream dishes garnished with a mint leaf.

Get creative! This could be fun... Good luck!
