  3. As a professional Chef I look forward to my days off when my wife cooks Sausage,mash and beans. My idea of real comfort food, washed down with a bottle or two of Abbot Ale. Heaven, pure heaven.

  5. A real Kashmiri wazwan (or royal feast) of 36 dishes.  Of course, I would prefer the veg wazwan.  I dont think I could ever really eat that much but a spoonful tasting from each dish would be great!

  6. My local butcher gets in whole filets of beef for me. He has them hanging around in his chiller for weeks. I cut them into good sized portions, fry then in a ribbed pan, and have them with french fries and cucumber relish. Plus a good bottle of claret.

  7. Foods of the world are my favorite, but it has to be contained in a traditional atmosphere to make it truly an experience and not just something to fill you're belly.

    My favorite meal would be a traditional East Indian table setting with samosas (small bread triangle stuffed with vegetables and potatoes) curried lamb, spinach pan paneer (creamed spinach with cheese cubes), bowls of yogurt and curry sauces, naan bread (similar to pita bread), and a room full of friends all together somewhere in New Delhi.

    Add a little pulled tea at the end and you couldn't wipe the smile off my face for a year.  :)

  8. Sesame chicken, lo mein, cooked broccoli, three layer chocolate refrigarated cake, and a vault to drink ;)
