  1. Bar, Babes, Balls.  My fav pool hall also has cutom ques and the gentleman that makes them repairs cues.  There are also lessons by a champ 8 and 9 ball player.

A private room, and a SEPARATE area for TV with a big screen.

A good juke box, a cigar sales area, and an old blues guy.

  2. Top of the line pool tables of all sizes. Official size snooker and billiard tables. Comfortable seating and soft lighting that doesn't glare in your eyes. Plenty of room around the tables. A jukebox that doesn't blow out your eardrums and provides a wide variety of musical styles. A small bar with beer , soda and snacks. No hard liquor. Forget the restaraunt , this is a pool hall not McDonalds. A complete pro shop with a competent repairman. And last but not least fair prices and friendly service.

  3. good looking waitresses and good service and high quaility tables.

  4. Other than pool tables:

A bar; several TVs so you can watch sports; a small kitchen for snack foods, like chicken wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks; a jukebox for music; LOTS of customers!

  5. The world's largest billiard hall was built during billiards' "Golden Age". "The Recreation", a mammoth seven-story health spa, was a bustling Detroit business in the 1920's. It featured 103 tables, 88 bowling lanes, 20 barber chairs, three manicuring stands, 14 cigar stands, a lunch

counter on each floor, a restaurant that could seat 300, and an exhibition room with theater seating, that could accommodate 250 spectators.

  6. defiantly  strippers  nothings betters than pool and lap dances

if you can find expert pool playing instruction classes that would would be awesome someone as good as mike massey

  7. STRIPPERS

  8. My buddy, eightbraker, makes some great points.  At least one snooker and one carom table would be good to have.  There should be several TV's playing pool-related videos, maybe some tournament footage, instructional videos, trick shots, etc.  There should be pool posters, photos and other memorabilia on the walls.  I love it when the owners of a pool hall show that they have respect and passion for game by showing some old images of the great players of the past and present.  Full bar, with essential bar food, but no main course meals.  A pro shop would be nice, but more for accessories, like extra chalk, tip tools, scuffers, gloves (if you're into that), books, magazines.  I don't think the pro shop needs to be a cue supplier or repair center.  I think billiard retail stores should cover that.  Cues, cases, balls, and all of the bigger things should be handled by retail stores.  It should be open very late.  You did say "ideal".  I know there are bar times, but I never go to bed that early.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

  9. Hooter style waitresses.

  10. I don't really mind what would be in it. My ideal would be more a matter of what it doesn't have .....

    Excessively loud music

    Drunks/druggies

    TVs

    Guns

    etc
