Hardy has bad mike skills, but I would not call them worse than Great Khali's. That guy can't even speak good English.

In my opinion Chris Jericho, MVP, John Cena and Edge have the best mic skills currently in WWE

Nearly everyone on Raw is good in the main event scene down to Santino's comedy goodness.

Smackdown has Mr. Kennedy, Kennedy, MVP, Brian Kendrick, Edge, etc.

ECW has the worst people in the company especially Mark Henry & Tony Atlas, Morrison & Miz, and that other guy with Carlito's hair.....what's his name Sideshow Mel.
