Ok I think the most underrated superstar is Mr. Kennedy. He has tons of talent and charisma and people love him! He would be a great Champion! Whether it be WWE or U.S. or even WWE tag titles.

The most overrated superstar in my opinion is The Great Kahli! He is just a big giant that pushes people around and gets way to much credit for it.
